The island’s produce is unique; each prefecture has been specialised in different produce. The Okinawan diet consists of gut-friendly and super metabolising foods like shikuwasa, goya, ryukyu moromi vinegar, acerola and many more! They focus on a beneficial rest after work, and they see it crucial for their bodily existence.
